Bio
Janet Mendoza is a Human Resources Coordinator at the ACLU of Northern California where she supports the day-to-day operations of the HR department. In this role, she collaborates closely with the Finance and Operations teams while providing support to staff across the organization.
Prior to joining the ACLU, Janet served as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at a nonprofit organization which focused on mental health community-based services. Janet earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San José State University.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new food and coffee shops and spending time outdoors with her two pets, taking long walks and discovering the natural beauty of the Bay Area.
